What Are Closing Costs, And Do I Pay Them? A great and common question, In Arizona, Buyer’s have closing costs and seller’s have closing cost. They are completely separate fees but are there just the same, With seller’s i often refer to them as “Title Fees”. How much these fees are truly varies from each house.
